Pierre’s wine list is a reflection of Tom’s passion for wine. As sommelier, he maintains the restaurant’s extensive wine cellar—personally ensuring that the finest vintages are always available. A true connoisseur as well as an oenologist, Mr. Tom's offers guests a magical wine tour, and helps guide them in their exploration of new taste sensations. His “tour” transports patrons to some of the world’s most renowned wine regions, including: Alsace, Beaujolais, Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Champagne, Provence, the Loire and Rhone Valleys, California and Australia.
Pierre’s extensive selection of French wines features exceptional vintages from every major wine area in the country. Special emphasis is placed on the Bordeaux and the Burgundies and white alike, resulting in an array of superior vintage options. Mr. Zerjal’s tour of American wines is equally comprehensive, and features a variety of excellent reds and whites, including Pinot Noirs from Napa, Sonoma and Willamette Valley; Merlots from Napa, Sonoma, and Washington State; and Meritages from Napa and Sonoma.Pierre’s Specialty Selections rounds out the restaurant’s already impressive range of wine offerings. Made up of Mr. Zerjal’s personal recommendations and favorites, this special collection of High Hand Cabernet from Napa Valley, as well as the amazing choices in American Chardonnays and Sauvignon Blanc definitively establishes Pierre's Restaurant as a unique destination in South Florida for wine lovers of all kinds.By offering such an extensive selection of premium vintages, Pierre’s is assured that it’s wines can please and intrigue any palate, and suit any occasion. Guests can also choose from an extensive array of Magnums of wines for large parties, champagnes for special celebrations, half-bottles. Due to the extensive wine list available, we do not allow guest's wines brought into the restaurant.
Mr. Tom was born and raised in Marseilles, France. He attended Sommelier School in Marseilles, and has worked in world-class restaurants in Paris and the French Alps. In the United States, Mr. Zerjal worked under acclaimed Chef Paul Bocuse at Bistro de Paris in Orlando.
